Job Description

As an Accounting & Tax Associate at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks related to bookkeeping, tax preparation, and compliance for our international clients. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and similar tools to ensure accurate financial reporting. Your attention to detail and experience in managing accounting responsibilities for clients based in the US, UAE, or Saudi Arabia will be highly valuable in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting using QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent tools.- Reconcile bank and credit card statements, post journal entries, and maintain general ledgers.- Prepare and file tax returns for clients in various jurisdictions.- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.- Communicate effectively with international clients regarding financial queries and deliverables.- Ensure accurate and timely handling of all accounting and tax responsibilities.Key Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience in an outsourcing firm or shared service center.- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Xero, and similar cloud accounting software.- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.- Experience in tax preparation for US, UAE, or Saudi Arabia returns preferred.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.In addition to the above requirements, preferred qualifications include certification in QuickBooks/Xero and experience working with clients from the US, UAE, or Saudi Arabia. Familiarity with tools like Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto, and ADP would also be beneficial in effectively fulfilling your responsibilities in this role.,
