Job Description

As a YouTube Researcher at LTP Calculator Fintech PVT LTD, you will be responsible for identifying trending topics, analyzing YouTube content, studying viewer behavior, and providing structured daily research reports to support the content team in creating impactful, trending, and high-engagement YouTube videos.Key Responsibilities:- Search and identify trending, viral, and high-potential topics within the assigned niche by tracking news, social media trends, competitor channels, and keyword trends.- Watch selected videos completely, capture key insights including video title, YouTuber/Channel name, likes & comments count, publish date, and video URL.- Fill the Daily YouTube Research Report with the number of videos researched daily, key notes and insights summarized, categorization of videos, and suggesting a viral title for upcoming videos with explanations.- Suggest strong hooks, storytelling angles, thumbnail messages, and keywords while identifying viewer comments to understand demand and audience pain points.- Share insights with scriptwriters and video editors and participate in short daily review meetings if required.Qualifications Required:- Strong attention to detail and good written communication skills.- Ability to understand YouTube content trends and summarize long content into key points.- Consistency and discipline in reporting along with an interest in news & media content.- Basic SEO understanding, knowledge of YouTube analytics tools, familiarity with keyword & trending tools, and a research mindset.The tools knowledge preferred for this role includes YouTube Trending, Explore & Shorts Feed, Google Trends, Keyword Planner, VidIQ, TubeBuddy, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, and Docs.If you have 0 to 3 years of experience in research/content/media or are a fresher passionate about YouTube content, we encourage you to apply.
