Job Description

    You will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent tools. This includes reconciling bank and credit card statements, posting journal entries, and maintaining general ledgers. Your role will also involve preparing and filing tax returns for clients in US, UK, AU, or other jurisdictions as applicable. Additionally, you will assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and communicate effectively with international clients regarding financial queries and deliverables to ensure accurate and timely handling of all accounting and tax responsibilities.To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an outsourcing firm or shared service center. Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks (Online & Desktop), Xero, and cloud-based tools is essential. A strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations, as well as experience in tax preparation for US, UK, AU returns, is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also necessary for this role, along with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.Preferred qualifications include certification in QuickBooks/Xero, experience working with US, UK, AU clients, and familiarity with tools like Dext, Hubdoc, Gusto, and ADP.,
