Job Description

    As an Area Sales & Marketing Manager with a background in Electric Vehicles, Batteries, and Battery Chargers, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and marketing initiatives in the Madhya Pradesh region. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, appointing distributors and dealers, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.To excel in this role, you should have at least 2-5 years of experience in selling Electric Vehicles, Batteries, and Chargers. Your ability to negotiate contracts, create marketing quotes, and secure orders from EV 2 Wheeler OEMs will be essential. You should also possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage client relationships and drive business growth.Key Skillsets required for this position include sales strategies, dealing with distributors and dealers, negotiation, client and customer support, leadership, planning, organizing, and knowledge of the current market trends. Your role will involve regular travel to meet customers and clients, as well as the ability to work with financial models and valuation.In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 3-6 LPA plus incentives, you will also be eligible for benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
