The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, specifically using Selenium, along with proficiency in Java and Javascript. This role is critical for enhancing our testing processes and ensuring the quality and performance of our applications through comprehensive automated testing strategies.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and application functionality.- Execute automated test cases and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.- Design, enhance, and maintain the automation framework to improve test coverage and efficiency.- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test script quality.- Monitor the performance of automation tests and optimize test execution time.- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and best practices in automation testing.- Document testing processes, outcomes, and defect reports for future reference.- Assist in the training and development of junior team members in automation practices.- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to Agile development methodologies.Ideal Candidate Profile- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- A minimum of 3 years and up to 5 years of experience in automation testing.- Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver with Java and Javascript.- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices is a plus.- Experience with other automation tools and frameworks is advantageous.Please share your resume at hidden_email,
