Job Description

    As a Centralised Dealing Desk Head at Bigul.co in Indore, your role will involve overseeing trading operations, managing a team of dealers, and ensuring efficient and compliant execution of client orders. Your deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership, risk management skills, and ability to maintain key client relationships will be crucial. You will play a pivotal role in upholding the firms reputation for accurate, timely trade execution and regulatory adherence.Your responsibilities will include achieving monthly and overall activation targets for new client accounts, strategically re-engaging inactive clients, exceeding client retention targets through exceptional service, reaching team performance goals through effective leadership, maintaining trading compliance and quality as per company standards, actively engaging with High-Net-Worth (HNI) clients, collaborating with the engagement team on client campaigns, and implementing and overseeing marketing automation strategies.To excel in this role, you should have at least 7 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position. A postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA being preferred. Strong industry expertise in the stock broking industry is essential, along with NISM Series VIII certification. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also a must for this position.,
