Job Description

    As a Human Resource Manager at Engineer Sahab Education, a leading institute specializing in UI/UX Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing courses located in Indore, your primary responsibility will be to provide student counseling, career guidance, and academic advising. You will play a crucial role in assisting students in making informed decisions regarding their academic and professional goals.Your key responsibilities will include participating in the end-to-end recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, you will consult students and their guardians on available courses, career prospects, and admission processes. Conducting career counseling sessions, seminars, and webinars to keep students informed about industry trends and educational developments will also be expected. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest industry trends to provide accurate guidance to students.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors and Masters degree in management or a related field. You should have 6 months to 2 years of experience in counseling, academic advising, or sales in the education sector. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Proficiency in CRM and MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is advantageous.
