Job Description

    As a Quality Assurance professional with 2-5 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to ensure adherence to quality plans and specifications in various areas of product quality control. You will be accountable for maintaining quality standards in Jumbo Quality and Slit Roll Quality, including compliance with change control processes and timely decision-making on product upgradation. Additionally, your role involves addressing customer queries and complaints effectively by conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes and implementing corrective actions.Your key duties will also include ensuring compliance with IMS and other management systems, coordinating internal and external audits, updating documentation, and overseeing the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for conducting timely product testing to meet regulatory requirements such as USFDA, EU, REACH, and other relevant standards.Ensuring the safety of employees, products, and machinery during shifts is paramount, requiring a proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Alongside, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare daily and monthly reports, and actively participate in Total Quality Management initiatives to drive continuous improvement through kaizens, 5 S score enhancements, abnormality capturing, and engagement in TIE activities.If you possess a B.Sc, M.Sc, or CEPET Diploma in Plastic Engineering and fall within the age bracket of 23-27 years, and have the requisite experience in quality assurance, this role offers an opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise in a dynamic work environment.
