Job Description

    As a Node.js Developer at Codes For Tomorrow (CFT), you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance backend applications using Node.js. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and working with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. You will be expected to optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security, as well as collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to build full-stack solutions.In this role, you will also be required to implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.), write clean and efficient code following best practices, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and debug applications. Working with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, implementing caching, message queues, and background jobs using Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc., and monitoring application performance to improve system reliability will be part of your responsibilities.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js, experience with Express.js, NestJS, and Typescript, as well as knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Proficiency in working with databases and experience with microservices architecture, containerization, unit testing, integration testing, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation are also required. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment are essential.The salary for this position is negotiable based on the interview.
