Job Description

    As an Assistant Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager based in Indore, your main responsibility will be to lead a sales team consisting of 5 to 8 members. You will focus on promoting research services to equity and commodity traders in the Indian market. It is crucial to nurture relationships with existing customers through phone calls and emails, while also proactively reaching out to potential clients from the database.Your role involves guiding the team in sales activities, follow-ups, and deal closures. You will play a key part in addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. Meeting sales targets, both at a team level and individual team members level, is essential. This requires listening to customer needs, presenting solutions effectively, and executing strategic plans to expand the customer base.Candidates for this position should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree, with Management qualifications being advantageous. A minimum of 3 years experience in financial product sales, particularly in investment advisory or stock broking, is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must, along with a drive for sales success. Possessing NISM Qualification will be a plus, and familiarity with telephonic sales techniques is beneficial.In this role, you will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, motivating the team to excel, and maintaining detailed sales reports on a monthly basis. Your dedication to hitting annual sales objectives and fostering long-lasting customer relationships will be crucial for success.The compensation package includes a hike of up to 30% on your current CTC, negotiable based on your previous salary slip and account statement.
