Job Description

    Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelors Degree in Electronics EngineeringExperience: 2 - 4 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar role in the electronics/electrical industry. Experience in handling B2B clients, educational institutes, or industrial customers will be a plus.Technical Skills: Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, electronic circuits, and latest technologies like IOT, AI, EV, Drones, etc.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Sales & Business Development: Identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential customers in industrial, educational, and commercial sectors. Proactively pursue new sales opportunities and manage leads to closure. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.Market Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for business growth. Identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and forecasts. Document customer requirements, proposals, and quotations.Other Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
