Years in technical writing and designResponsibilities: Create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and process documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to gather and verify information for accurate documentation. Design visually engaging materials, including infographics, diagrams, and charts, to enhance the usability of documentation. Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Manage documentation repositories and ensure easy accessibility for users. Stay updated with industry trends and tools in both technical writing and design.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Proven experience in technical writing and document design. Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Adobe Acrobat) and design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma). Ability to create visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and interactive guides. Familiarity with version control systems and content management platforms. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.Preferred: Experience in web design or UI/UX design. Knowledge of coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS) to integrate content and design.
