Job Description

    As a User Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading prototype work and other software engineering solutions to create an optimized user experience. Your main task will be to translate design concepts into prototype solutions quickly and tangibly, while maintaining a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.You are expected to be subject matter expert (SME) in the field and collaborate with and manage the team effectively. The role also involves making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team as well as across multiple teams.Your primary responsibilities will include leading prototype work to enhance user experience, translating design concepts into prototype solutions, and ensuring a balance between technical feasibility implications and design intent.In terms of professional and technical skills, proficiency in IFS Solutions is a must-have. You should have a strong understanding of user experience design principles, experience in software engineering and prototyping, knowledge of technical feasibility implications in design, and the ability to translate design concepts into tangible solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IFS Solutions and possess a 15 years full-time education. Please note that this position is based at our Indore office.,
