Job Description

    You will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting continental food in accordance with Five Star standards while staying within the budget and following company policy. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, cooking, and producing food to the companys standard with a focus on presentation, hygiene, and economy. It is essential to ensure proper cleanliness of kitchen equipment and flooring, observe safety rules and procedures, and maintain equipment and materials in a safe state. Grooming and hygiene for yourself and your team are also crucial aspects of the role.Additionally, you will assist the Manager, Site In-charge, Sous Chef, or Senior Cook in provisioning tasks and be willing to take on any other assignments as directed by your superiors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Continental Cuisine, with hands-on cooking expertise in high-pressure resort environments. Experience in menu planning, bulk cooking, and a commitment to quality are highly desired. You should be able to work accountably both independently and as part of a team, control food costs, demonstrate creativity, and have a keen eye for detail.,
