Job Description

Key accountabilities/responsibilitiesThis position is a critical position to deliver on key people matrices supporting site operations at Jharsuguda. This position will ensure operation stability through Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, OTD, Statutory compliances & de-risking organization basis internal /external audit. This position has accountability for key people mandates for driving manufacturing excellence partnering closely with functional /department heads at location. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding contract Associates and other Statutory Compliance & MIS, Audits Diversity, Equity & InclusionDesired candidate Experience-6-10 years Post Graduate with 2-year full time masters degree in HR from a good institute MBA-HR, MLS, MLW, MSW or MA (IR & PM).
