Job Description

As a CSR- Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing correct and effective communication to existing and prospective customers regarding products and their applications in different stages of surgical procedures. Your main duty will be to develop long-term positive relationships with customers in order to enhance customer satisfaction, foster loyalty, and instill confidence in the Company as a preferred partner. In addition, you will gather field-level data, identify customer needs, and close sales calls to meet territory targets. Moreover, you should be able to drive market creation initiatives with guidance from the company account manager, and maintain effective distribution management.To qualify for this role, you must possess a minimum of a Graduation degree, with a preference for a science or pharmacy background. Additionally, you should have 2-3 years of post-graduation experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the healthcare and surgical industry. It is essential that you are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, core selling skills, and good customer relationship management skills.Desirable skills for this position include basic internet skills, a willingness to work in an Operating Theatre environment, exposure to the healthcare business, and an eagerness to learn the clinical aspects of the companys products and their applications in various surgeries.This is a full-time job opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the medical devices field. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
