Job Description

As an Assistant Manager - Sales at our company, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, increasing sales, and ensuring smooth export procedures. Your primary duties will include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing export operations, building strong relationships with clients and traders, and conducting market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned sales professional with a solid understanding of export knowledge and experience in commodities trading. You should have a graduate degree with 6 to 7 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in exports. In addition, you should possess in-depth knowledge of Indian export policies, commodity pricing, and trade agreements.Your responsibilities will involve expanding the customer base by engaging with potential clients and partners, managing export operations such as documentation, compliance, and logistics coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and traders. You will also be required to conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitor activities.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift and fixed shift schedule. The compensation for this role is a CTC of 15 - 18 LPA with additional benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, provided food, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
