Job Description

As an Execution specialist, your primary responsibility will be to analyze customer segmentation and sales trends to evaluate business potential. You will conduct training sessions at branch locations to educate banking partners on regulatory guidelines and products. Additionally, you will strategize and execute plans to activate branches through rewards and recognition activities to enhance the bank partners market presence in the specified geography.In the realm of Relationship Management, you will lead campaigns and contests aimed at boosting sales in profitable segments for the bank. Your role will involve supporting banking partners in presenting products to key customers and driving sales closures. You will also be tasked with identifying cross-selling opportunities among existing customers.With a strong focus on Service Orientation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow across various channels and achieve desired productivity levels. This includes handling everyday servicing tasks and policy issuance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for collecting necessary documents from customers post-sales and submitting them to the operations team. You will also assist in resolving operational issues faced by partners to ensure a seamless experience, as well as provide support for cancellation requests and policy endorsements.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banca Insurance Sales and demonstrate strong individual performance capabilities.,
