Job Description

    As a Human Resource Executive at our company based in Jodhpur, your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.- Monitor daily attendance and leave records.- Handle queries related to salary, leave, and attendance.- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events to maintain a healthy and positive work culture.- Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies.- Maintain compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.- Update and maintain employee personnel files and records.- Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain performance data and feedback records.- Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements for resigning employees.- Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.Qualification Required:- MBA(HR)Experience:- 0-2 Years (Fresher can apply),
