Job Description

    As a Tech Lead with 2 years of experience, you will utilize your 5 years of Development Experience to lead the development team effectively. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating excellent working knowledge of technologies such as React.js (Flux or Redux), Node.js, Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery. Experience in React Native would be an added advantage.You are expected to possess knowledge of multiple back-end frameworks such as Spring, SpringBoot, and have expertise in REST services and API design. Familiarity with databases like Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, and MongoDB is essential for this role.Your role will involve working with Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Code Versioning with Git, Agile software development techniques, and supporting tools like JIRA. Collaborating with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers will be a key aspect of your job.Experience in working in a Linux environment and with open-source libraries is preferred. You should also have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Good communication skills, an analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving aptitude are essential qualities for this role.
