Job Description

    As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations in the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain departments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and meet customer expectations.Your contribution will be vital in supporting the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives. You will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue and meet sales targets within the logistics, forwarding, and supply chain industries.To excel in this role, you will need to identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting activities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners will be essential, as you seek to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to secure new business opportunities. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will also be part of your duties to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the industry.An effective coordination with shippers and customers will be crucial for successful operations. As a preferred candidate, you should hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred.
