Job Description

    As a Java Developer at Inhabitr, you will be an integral part of our core development team, contributing to the design and execution of a world-class product. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and enhancing software applications through coding and testing, participating in code reviews and training sessions, and ensuring the delivery of the highest quality software by creating unit test plans and thoroughly testing the code.You will be expected to be adept with the tools, applications, and processes used in software development, implement solutions as per technical documentation specifications and coding standards, and create project documentation while coordinating technical issues. Reporting to a technical lead, you will be required to understand business rules, concepts, software specifications, and designs provided by the technical lead and apply them effectively to complete assigned tasks.To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (computer/telecommunications) and have a minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in Object-oriented programming, specifically in JAVA/J2EE. Additionally, you should have knowledge or relevant work experience in programming languages or technologies such as Java/J2EE, C, C, XML/XHTML, or CGI-Python. A strong understanding of Object-oriented programming concepts is essential.We are looking for an individual who is an excellent team player, capable of working effectively in a diverse cultural environment.
