Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining 360Medicare as the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, where you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts and enhancing the employee experience. Your role will involve overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, implementing performance management strategies, and collaborating with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Additionally, you will be tasked with championing employee engagement, enhancing employer branding, and developing inclusive workplace policies.Key Responsibilities:- Manage talent acquisition efforts and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.- Implement performance management, training, and compliance initiatives.- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.- Develop and lead an HR team to support organizational goals.- Champion employee engagement and enhance employer branding.- Develop policies that promote a high-performing, legally compliant, and inclusive workplace.Qualifications Required:- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in leading HR and recruitment functions.- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HRMS, and employment laws.- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.(Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
