Job Description

    As a Business Development Manager at SOLX Green Energy, you will be responsible for expanding the companys presence in northern Kerala by focusing on providing premium Solar Rooftop Solutions. With over 100 successful projects completed in the last 5 years, you will play a key role in identifying potential prospects, selling high-quality solar photovoltaic solutions, and establishing relationships with Channel Partners to generate leads.Your key responsibilities will include:- Conducting business development activities such as cold calling, arranging online or in-person presentations and demos- Handling all necessary documentation including proposal creation and contract draftingThe ideal candidate for this position should have:- A university degree, engineering degree, or diploma (preferably in Electrical Engineering), with an MBA being an added advantage- 1-3 years of experience in similar sales roles within reputable rooftop solar installation companies- Proficiency in B2C sales related to solar photovoltaic solutions, solar rooftop solutions, or green energy products- Strong communication and sales skills, along with a good network of contacts in the industryAdditionally, proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as fluency in English and Malayalam, are required for this role.At SOLX, competitive remuneration based on qualifications, experience, and team performance is offered, along with a flexible working environment that encourages innovative approaches and open communication within the team.This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, day shifts, fixed shifts, and availability on weekends.
