Job Description

As a Retail Inventory Planner / Inventory Forecasting Specialist at Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in managing inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock optimization to ensure product availability across stores while minimizing overstock and markdowns.Key Responsibilities:- Develop inventory forecasts based on sales trends, seasonal demand, and product launches.- Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses and plan replenishment accordingly.- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store teams to optimize inventory flow.- Analyze historical sales data and KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy.- Identify slow-moving and fast-moving products and recommend strategies for stock optimization.- Prepare inventory reports and provide actionable insights for management.- Implement best practices in inventory planning to support fast fashion cycles.Qualifications & Experience:- Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory planning or retail inventory forecasting, preferably in apparel/fashion.- Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel.- Excellent coordination and communication skills.- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.At Blue Tyga Fashions Pvt.
