Job Description

As a Store Manager for the prominent brand Linen Club under the Aditya Birla Group, you are expected to uphold the highest standards of work culture, punctuality, discipline, and honesty. Your role will involve handling a retail store comprehensively, encompassing various aspects such as team building, staff motivation, sales target achievement, customer relationship management, inventory management, and more.Key Responsibilities:- Team building- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications- Staff motivation- Achieving sales targets and driving sales development- Managing customer relationships- Tracking and analyzing footfall- Contributing to business development and achieving year-over-year growth- Demonstrating amicable interpersonal skills- Focusing on brand development- Efficiently managing all aspects of retail store operations- Handling cash and ensuring proper cash managementQualifications Required:- Education: Secondary (10th Pass) preferred- Experience: 2 years of total work experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a management role- Language: Proficiency in Malayalam requiredIn addition to these responsibilities, you will also be entitled to benefits such as health insurance, provident fund, and performance bonuses.
