We are currently looking for talented engineers who are passionate about technology and take pride in writing clean and efficient code.As a Laravel Engineer at Tranetech Software Solutions, you will join a creative team responsible for all aspects of our product development lifecycle. Your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while ensuring seamless integration with Equal. You will leverage your expertise in Laravel and related technologies, alongside domain-specific experience in finance, inventory, maintenance, and procurement modules.Key Responsibilities:Development & Integration:- Architect and develop scalable, secure web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.- Integrate various components into our flagship product, Equal, ensuring smooth interoperability and performance.Module-Specific Expertise:- Develop, maintain, and enhance finance, inventory, maintenance, and procurement modules.- Collaborate with domain experts to optimize business processes and implement best practices for these specific areas.Technical Excellence:- Adhere to coding standards, web application security protocols, and repository management best practices.- Develop and manage MySQL databases, crafting efficient SQL queries.- Implement and optimize task runners/pre-processors such as Grunt, Gulp, or Webpack.Collaboration & Innovation:- Work closely with design and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous improvement.- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative enhancements to our development process.Desired Skill Set & Experience:Web Technologies:- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern web markup.- Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly Craft CMS or similar PHP-based systems.Laravel Expertise:- Extensive experience with Laravel and its ecosystem, including Eloquent ORM, Blade templating, and Artisan CLI.- Proficient in advanced Laravel features such as queues, event handling, notifications, and task scheduling.- Skilled in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Laravel.- Experience with Laravel for asset management and compilation.- Strong background in testing with tools like PHPUnit and Laravel Dusk.- Deep understanding of design patterns and SOLID principles as applied within Laravel.Module & Domain Experience:- Proven experience working on finance, inventory, maintenance, and procurement modules.- Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions in these domains.Additional Frameworks & Tools:- Experience with Frontend Development (React.js, JavaScript, etc).- Strong command of Gitlab and repository management best practices.- Sound understanding of web application security principles and best practices.Adaptability & Continuous Learning:- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development environments.- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a commitment to continuous improvement.What We Offer:- An opportunity to work on a market-leading, innovative product.- A collaborative environment that values creativity and technical excellence.- Competitive compensation and benefits tailored to recognize your expertise and commitment.- A chance to be part of a company at the forefront of digital transformation.If youre excited about driving the future of digital experiences and meet the above requirements, wed love to hear from you.
