Job Description

    As a Marketing Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing strategies to enhance visibility and customer acquisition. This includes leading digital marketing efforts such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and website content optimization. You will also be tasked with creating engaging content for various platforms like social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.In addition, you will propose and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as hoardings, event sponsorships, print advertisements, and other BTL activities. Collaboration with design teams and external vendors for creatives, printing, and advertising logistics will be essential for success in this role. Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and preparing reports with insightful suggestions will also be part of your routine tasks.Furthermore, you will work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and company goals. Staying updated with the latest marketing trends and tools in the travel and tourism sectors will be crucial. Representing our company at expos, seminars, and promotional events across regions will also be expected.To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, along with 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a marketing/communication role. Experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, knowledge of traditional marketing channels, strong content creation and communication skills, and creative thinking are essential requirements. Additionally, a willingness to travel within India for marketing campaigns/events is necessary.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
