Job Description

    As an experienced and innovative R&D Head - Academics, you will lead research and development initiatives in the field of education. Your primary responsibilities include designing academic programs, developing cutting-edge learning methodologies, and ensuring alignment with industry trends and educational standards. You must possess strong leadership skills, expertise in academic content creation, and a passion for enhancing the quality of education.In this role, you will lead the design and development of academic programs and curricula in alignment with organizational goals. You will conduct research to identify emerging trends and best practices in education, develop new frameworks for effective teaching and learning, and collaborate with academic professionals to generate innovative ideas. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and review of high-quality academic content, ensuring it is engaging, learner-centric, and caters to diverse learning needs.Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are key aspects of this role, as you will partner with educational institutions, industry experts, and external stakeholders to enhance program offerings. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of academic programs and represent the organization at conferences and academic forums to establish thought leadership.As a leader, you will mentor the R&D team to ensure high performance and continuous learning. You will foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation, identify skill gaps, and organize training programs for team members. Monitoring the effectiveness of academic programs, analyzing data for improvement opportunities, and preparing regular reports on R&D activities for senior management are also part of your responsibilities.To qualify for this role, you should hold a Masters or Doctoral degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in academic research, curriculum development, or educational program management. Your skills should include expertise in academic program development, strong research and analytical abilities, proficiency in educational technologies, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as leadership and team management abilities.Key competencies required for this position include innovation, strategic thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and adaptability. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule and yearly bonus.
