Job Description

    As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Monitoring cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability will be a key part of your role. Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements is essential. You will also coordinate and support internal/external audits and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive efficiency.Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations for improvement. Managing and mentoring a team of accountants/finance staff will be crucial for the smooth functioning of the finance department. Collaboration with other departments to support business operations and strategy will be necessary for the overall success of the organization.Key skills required for this role include a strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar), excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, leadership and team management skills, as well as good communication and interpersonal abilities.To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Masters or MBA preferred) and a professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) would be advantageous. You should have a minimum of 5 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and commuter assistance.,
