Job Description

    You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Coordinator (E-commerce) responsible for overseeing and streamlining logistics operations across both online and offline channels. Your role includes supervising the logistics team, optimizing order flow, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with warehouses, dispatch teams, courier partners, and e-commerce platforms to deliver a seamless customer experience.Your key responsibilities will involve supervising logistics coordinators and delivery staff, managing order flow from e-commerce platforms, tracking deliveries through internal systems, coordinating with warehouse/dispatch teams, handling escalations, liaising with courier partners and vendors, generating reports, and driving process improvements for faster deliveries.To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in e-commerce operations. Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in logistics software, dashboards, and MS Excel. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination abilities are essential to manage deadlines and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.This is a full-time, permanent position located in Calicut.
