Job Description

    As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. With a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical business analysis, preferably in a software or ERP environment, you will be responsible for converting business needs into clear technical specifications and workflows.Your key responsibilities will include liaising with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, creating BRDs, functional specs, and user stories for development teams, conducting gap analysis, and proposing process enhancements. You will support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases and ensuring validation. Additionally, you will be coordinating Zoho platform implementation and support, including CRM, Creator, and Projects, while also writing and executing SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and reporting.Your role will involve maintaining documentation of systems, process flows, and data mappings, as well as collaborating on automation and system integration initiatives. You should have strong knowledge of SQL for data handling and reporting, hands-on experience with Zoho applications, excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and documentation tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.If you have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science and possess the ability to effectively translate business language into technical specifications, this role as a Technical Business Analyst is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of the organization.,
