Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager in the Lucknow footwear industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the market presence of high-quality sports products. Your responsibilities will include:- Devising and implementing regional and territory-specific sales strategies to achieve growth targets.- Demonstrating a strong grasp of current trends, consumer behavior, and dynamics in the Indian sports and footwear market.- Proficiently analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and gathering market intelligence to make informed decisions.- Building, managing, and retaining long-term client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills.Qualifications Required:- Must have a degree in Sports Management or MBA in Marketing/Sales with a specialization in Sports Management.- A strong personal interest or background in sports will be considered an added advantage.Experience Desired:- 4 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the sports or footwear industry.- Sound knowledge and understanding of the footwear segment is mandatory.- Prior experience working with reputed brands in the sportswear or athletic footwear market is preferred.If you are passionate about sports, have a knack for strategic sales planning, and possess excellent analytical and relationship management skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
