Job Description

As a Field Verification Team Manager at the hospitality and catering service company, your role involves managing the field verification team at various locations to ensure control and compliance. You will be responsible for conducting daily verifications, monitoring field verifiers, and validating reports to maintain operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities include:- Conducting field verifier activities and independent checks- Visiting field locations of operations for verification- Collaborating with field verifiers during visits- Validating reports submitted by the field verifier- Submitting independent reports based on field-level checks- Supervising the team and preparing presentations on the works at allocated locations- Willingness to travel to outstation units, which may require about 4 to 5 days of travelTo excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:- Communication skills in Hindi and English- Integrity in conduct and reporting- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint- Ability to understand operations and audit checks- Availability to relocate or commute to Lucknow City, Uttar Pradesh- Bachelors degree is required- Experience between 0 to 2 years, including freshers- Possession of a working laptop with internet connectivityThis is a full-time, permanent position that requires a commitment to on-site verification and audit operations.
