Job Description

As a Product Trainer, your role involves training employees on product knowledge, processes, and soft skills. You are responsible for identifying the training needs within the organization. Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include:- Identifying the need for training within the company- Interacting with employees to understand their training requirements- Organizing team meetings to discuss training strategies- Providing training sessions for clients- Gathering information about clients who have undergone training- Selecting training topics and determining constraints such as time, accommodation, and budgeting- Bridging the gap between internal and external clients- Facilitating team-building activities to encourage socialization among employees- Operating an open-door policy for effective communication- Delivering high-quality training and development programsIn terms of stakeholder interfaces, you will interact with internal stakeholders such as the Sales Team from all departments for training purposes, and external stakeholders like Agents and Producers.To be successful in this role, you should have 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years in a training department.
