Job Description

    As a Civil Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our real estate team in Lucknow. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around project planning, design, and management of residential construction projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed within specified timelines while upholding high-quality standards.Your key responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans that align with client requirements and industry standards, overseeing construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards, implementing quality control measures to uphold structural integrity and aesthetic appeal, managing and coordinating resources efficiently for project execution, and communicating effectively with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals and deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required for this role.You should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in residential real estate projects, along with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Civil Engineering.
