Job Description

    As a healthcare professional in the emergency room, your primary responsibility will be to assess patients immediately upon their arrival, and oversee their recovery process. You will conduct follow-up visits to monitor their condition, request necessary medical tests, and develop effective patient care plans based on the results. Referring patients to appropriate specialists when needed and ensuring their stability before transferring them to the proper department for further evaluation will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will provide discharge instructions and maintain accurate patient medical records while coordinating with various ER departments to ensure patients receive the necessary treatment.To qualify for this position, you should have a BHMS or BAMS degree and either be a fresher or have 2 years of experience. Knowledge of current medical treatments and procedures is essential, along with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and interact well with others. Quick thinking and action in stressful situations are also important attributes for this role.This is a full-time job with a rotational shift schedule. A Bachelors degree is preferred, and a total of 2 years of work experience is required.,
