Job Description

    As a Fashion Merchandiser, your role will involve evaluating the latest fashion trends, buying patterns, and demographics of our target market. It is essential to create visually appealing displays that align with our target market, budget constraints, and the current trends in the industry. You should possess a strong knowledge of CHIKAN KARI, CHIKAN PRODUCT, FABRIC, and related aspects.Your responsibilities will include developing a monthly visual merchandise strategy and budget for multiple locations. This will involve planning, sourcing, and overseeing the implementation of store layouts. You will be required to procure the necessary apparel, accessories, and footwear to bring your designs to life.Collaboration with fashion designers, suppliers, and distributors is crucial in negotiating contracts and meeting deadlines. Working closely with the marketing department is essential to discuss advertising requirements and campaign strategies. Attending fashion shows, trade fairs, and seminars on behalf of the business will be part of your responsibilities.Regular meetings with the Sales Manager to review sales reports and customer feedback will be necessary to ensure alignment between visual merchandising and sales strategies. It is also vital to maintain adequate supplies and inventory across all stores to support visual display requirements.This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fashion Merchandiser, with specific expertise in CHIKAN PRODUCT for the successful execution of the role.,
