Job Description

    You will be serving as a detail-oriented Finance and Compliance Trainee within our organization, supporting administrative functions encompassing finance, compliance, legal, and governance. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring compliance with regulatory laws, assisting in finance-related tasks, and gaining valuable insights into the corporate world. Our mission is to incentivize the pursuit of pro-sociability for a purpose-driven economy, addressing the essential 21st-century skill of civic empathy in the digital age.Responsibilities:- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a database of regulatory requirements, submit reports to regulatory bodies, ensure timely RoC filings, and monitor governance policies adherence.- Financial Governance: Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, financial reporting, audits, and approval workflows for expenditures.- Corporate Governance: Coordinate board meetings, prepare materials, update governance policies, and manage necessary documentation for compliance.- Risk and Crisis Management: Track risk registers, support crisis response plans, and conduct risk assessments.- Finance Support: Participate in fundraising activities, investment reporting, cap table management, and employee-related financial matters.Qualifications:- Degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.- Preference for CA/CS Trainee.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial governance.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial management tools.- Thorough understanding of Income tax and TDS across various verticals.Location: LucknowWork Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PMWorkdays: Monday to Friday (5-Day Workweek)Stipend: INR 10,000 to 15,000Duration: 2 Months (Potential for Full-Time Role Conversion)Job Types: Full-time, InternshipContract Length: 2 monthsApplication Question:If everything aligns, How soon can you join us Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (Required)Work Location: In person,
