Job Description

    As an F&B Executive at The Fresh Factory, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers experience clean eating, mindful living, and exceptional hospitality. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily caf and retail operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, managing inventory and supplier coordination, leading and motivating the service team, collaborating with the kitchen team on seasonal and specialty menus, and handling guest feedback professionally.To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in premium caf or restaurant setups. You should possess a strong knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene protocols.
