In this role, you will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee attendance, and utilizing your negotiation skills to foster positive relationships within the organization. Your contribution will help shape a productive and harmonious workplace culture.Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience of 3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment practices, attendance management, and compliance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage interpersonal relationships across all levels of the organization. Mindset and Approach: A positive mindset with a proactive, energetic, and active approach to work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to manage data accurately and generate insightful reports.Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Ensure a positive candidate experience and work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent. Attendance Oversight: Manage the companys attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Address attendance issues promptly and work with managers to develop corrective action plans if necessary. Monitor and analyze attendance trends to identify and implement areas for improvement. Employee Relations: Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage and maintain positive employee relations. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions between employees and management, ensuring fair and constructive outcomes. Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that support a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices. HR Projects Support: Participate in various HR projects and initiatives, providing support and input to ensure their successful execution.
