Job Description

    A Domestic IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals within the companys domestic market. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and utilize various channels to find qualified candidates. Your role will also involve managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate screening through onboarding.Your primary tasks will include identifying and attracting qualified IT professionals through channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and internal databases. You will review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates based on their skills and experience. Working closely with hiring managers, you will define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.As a Domestic IT Recruiter, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, including job posting, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients is crucial to ensure a positive experience and a smooth hiring process. It is essential to stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and best practices in the IT industry.This is a permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during the day shift, and performance bonuses are provided. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter and 2 years of experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter. The work location is in person.,
