Job Description

    Were looking for a Linux Administrator to manage and support our Linux infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud. If youre passionate about Linux systems and enjoy solving technical challenges, we want to hear from you!.No. of vacancies : 1Roles and Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Linux servers (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian) in cloud and web hosting environments.Configure and optimise web servers (Apache, Nginx), mail servers, and databases (MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL).Implement and manage firewalls, perform DDoS mitigation, and conduct server security hardening.Set up and support virtualization platforms (KVM, Proxmox, VMware).Create automation scripts using Bash, and work with tools like Ansible and cronjobs.Monitor systems, troubleshoot network/server issues, and maintain detailed logs and documentation.Assist with DNS, SSL, IP subnetting, reverse DNS, and other network configurations.Required Skills & Experience:2 years of system administration experience, preferably in cloud/web hosting environments.Strong knowledge of Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian).Solid experience with virtualization, server security, remote backups, and log analysis.Proficient in troubleshooting system/network issues effectively and efficiently.Good understanding of cloud architecture, load balancing, and high availability setups.Working knowledge of DNS, SSL, IP management, and server monitoring tools.Basic knowledge of Git and version control systems is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills for working with team members and occasionally clients.Ability to work independently and manage tasks with ownership.Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach.Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts if needed (remote or hybrid).Preferred Skills (Nice to have):Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Vultr.Hands-on with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana.Understanding of Windows RDP server management.Ability to commute/relocate:Gomti Nagar, Lucknow - 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Required Education : Bachelors (Preferred)Benefits: Computer assistance, Paid sick time, P.F.Schedule: Day ShiftSalary : 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per monthExperience 2 years (Preferred)Mail to : hidden_emailContact : 91-hidden_mobile,
