Job Description

    As a Marketing Manager/SPO Marketing at Indo-American Hybrid Seeds I Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading our marketing endeavors and contributing to the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to devise and implement marketing strategies that will not only promote our seed products but also enhance brand recognition and foster an increase in our customer base.Your duties will encompass the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans aimed at achieving our business objectives. You will be required to conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across both digital and offline platforms.Collaboration with various cross-functional teams including sales, product, and research will be essential in your role. It will also be your responsibility to analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to make informed decisions. Managing the marketing budget, ensuring a return on investment from initiatives, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, dealers, and farmers will be vital aspects of your job.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within the agriculture/seed industry. A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, a strong grasp of digital marketing tools (social media, email, SEO, CRM), exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, and project management expertise are also required.
