Job Description

    The Medical Representative (MR) role involves promoting and selling surgical and hospital-use products like gloves, drapes, syringes, and sutures to hospitals, doctors, nursing homes, and chemists. Your responsibilities include product promotion, achieving sales targets, and enhancing product visibility among healthcare professionals.You will be tasked with promoting and selling surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and purchase managers, providing after-sales service, and resolving product-related queries are crucial aspects of the role. Efficient territory management through daily field visits, maintaining proper coverage, and executing product demonstrations are key responsibilities.To excel in this role, you need good communication and interpersonal skills, a basic understanding of surgical and medical products, and a target-driven approach. Familiarity with local hospitals and clinics is beneficial, along with basic computer skills. A minimum of a Graduate degree, preferably in Science or Pharmacy, is required. A Diploma in Medical Sales or relevant training is advantageous.Ideally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in medical or surgical sales; however, freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. The work location is on-site.,
