Job Description

    HCL Tech is conducting a mega walk-in drive for the role of Customer Service Representative in Lucknow on 30th July 2025. This opportunity is open only to non-B.Tech graduates who have successfully completed their degree. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing solutions in a professional manner.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills as the role involves interacting with customers on a regular basis. Additionally, good typing skills are required to efficiently address customer concerns. It is important to note that candidates should be flexible with night shifts as the job may require working 24*7.Please be informed that no transportation facilities will be provided, and candidates are expected to make their own arrangements for commuting to the office.
