Job Description

    The role involves managing Projects Sourcing at Apollo Pharmacy, with responsibilities including delivering project-related activities, coordinating with cross-functional business teams to open new stores, and partnering with vendors and suppliers for project planning and execution. Key responsibilities include building strategies for new locations, working with business teams to identify new locations, understanding store opening requirements, negotiating with landlords, collecting and validating necessary documents, handling site measurements, managing store extensions, renewals, and security deposits, and reporting updates to the central team.The ideal candidate should have experience in a high-impact retail role, knowledge of the new store identification process, proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and Power Point, and awareness of market trends related to rent, space availability, and geographic importance. Soft skills such as being presentable with good communication abilities are essential.The position requires a minimum of 3 to 12 years of experience in retail and new store identification, with any graduate qualification accepted, although an engineering degree with expertise in civil or related fields would be advantageous.The position reports to the Regional Project Lead, and the interview process typically involves 2-3 rounds. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
