Job Description

    As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving sales targets. You will lead and motivate a team of employees, manage inventory, and implement strategies to enhance the stores performance. Your key responsibilities will include delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives, creating business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability, hiring and training new staff, responding to customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations, developing promotional material and in-store displays, preparing detailed reports on buying trends and profits, undertaking store administration duties, monitoring inventory levels, and ordering new items.To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelors degree, a minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong leadership and customer management abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. This is a full-time job with weekend availability required. Proficiency in English is necessary, and the work location is in person.,
