Job Description

    Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to manage branch operations and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing the sales team, and ensuring the branch achieves its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the branch team to enhance performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Monitor branch financial performance and ensure cost efficiency. Implement company policies and ensure compliance with procedures. Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in branch management, sales, or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficient in MS Office and sales-related tools. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
