Job Description

    As a Marketing and Sales Associate at Craft Empowering Careers, you will play a crucial role in promoting our skill-based training courses in Fashion Designing, Graphic Designing & Animation, and Interior Designing. Your primary responsibility will be to visit colleges, schools, and educational institutions to raise awareness about our programs and increase student enrollments. By organizing seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions, you will engage with potential students and foster strong relationships with colleges and institutions.You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, social media promotions, and outreach activities. Building and maintaining relationships with college authorities and student communities will be essential to generate leads and convert them into admissions through effective follow-ups and counseling. Additionally, you will ensure brand visibility at partner institutions by distributing promotional materials and coordinating with academic institutions for various events.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in educational sales, marketing, or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver compelling presentations.
